This is Number 1, designed for beginners. I suggest you do it many times before moving on.
No. 2-4 are progressively shorter versions to reduce the amount of time it takes to elicit the relaxation response.
Number 5 is designed for a short, deeper sense of release.
No. 6 is a longer (half hour) session designed to significantly deepen the sense of (relaxation, release, surrender, soften, letting go)
Particularly designed to induce sleep on a “sleepless night.”
